The space
Luxury Villa with pool by ELE APartments sits on the historic hillside of Monte de Gibralfaro, where panoramic views stretch across Málaga’s bay, the Mediterranean and the mountains beyond. Designed so that indoor and outdoor living fl ow naturally together, large windows and terraces bring the sea into view from many corners of the house.
Despite its peaceful setting above the city, the location is remarkably convenient: Málaga’s historic centre is around 10–12 minutes by car, the beach can be reached on foot, and Málaga International Airport is approximately 18 minutes away.
Living spaces
The main floor forms the heart of the house. Two connected sitting areas arranged around a fi replace open directly onto a large sea-view terrace, creating an easy transition between indoor comfort and outdoor living.
Natural stone fl oors, mineral plaster walls and carefully chosen materials give the interiors a calm Mediterranean atmosphere.
The kitchen and dining area sit beside large windows overlooking the sea, with a table for eight — ideal for slow meals and long conversations as the light changes across the bay.
Terraces & outdoor living
Much of life here happens outdoors.
Several terraces surround the house, offering different settings throughout the day: sunny corners for morning coffee, shaded spaces for reading and a large covered terrace perfect for outdoor dining with views of the Mediterranean.
A smaller Andalusian-style patio offers a more intimate retreat, where a traditional tiled fountain and surrounding greenery create a sense of calm.
Pool terrace
Below the house, the saltwater pool sits on its own sun terrace overlooking the sea and Málaga’s port.
Loungers and shaded seating beneath a traditional reed pergola make this an ideal place to spend slow afternoons — swimming, reading or gathering after a day exploring the city.
Bedrooms
The villa accommodates up to 10 guests across several thoughtfully designed bedrooms.
The primary suite features an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub overlooking the sea, large windows and abundant natural light.
The junior suite also includes an ensuite bathroom and opens onto a terrace with panoramic views across the Mediterranean.
Additional bedrooms are bright and comfortable, fi nished with natural materials and soft tones. Some offer direct access to terraces with sea views, while others provide a quiet and functional space for remote work.
Wellness
A separate garden room houses a small wellness and fi tness space with an infrared sauna, stationary bike, weights and yoga mats — ideal for a morning workout or quiet stretch.
